The Volunteer Care Givers Program

C.C.A.I.M. & The Cayuga Health Network

We live on a finite planet
The world gets smaller everyday. The age old question: "Am I my brother's keeper?" takes on new significance in light of both world events and local concerns which at their heart is concern for young and old and health challenged members of our own families.
The Volunteer Care Giver Program is designed to bring those who are inspired to offer their services - time - financial assistance - to those in their community who have needs not being meet either completely or partially  by existing government or private programs.  The program matches volunteers with needs and offers training to those who need certain skills in order to be most effective.

People often want to help but can sometimes lack the knowledge, skill and/or leadership to enable them to be as effective as possible with the time, talent and treasure that they possess and would use to help those around them who need their help.

Yearning to be free, some lack the ability
